Orders and download help
Include the email address used to buy and your order reference, if you have one. Tell us which file or link you need help with. If your download email is missing, check your spam folder first.
Do not send a full card number, security code, password or account access details.
Refund requests
For the 30-day performance guarantee, include the issue you found, the fix you put into use, when you made the change and the before-and-after results you tracked. Simple records are enough; please remove customer names and unrelated confidential details.

Use the same email address for privacy questions, access or correction requests, or a complaint about how information is handled. Put “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you need.
