Purchase & Refund Terms

These terms cover the purchase and use of More Leads Won’t Fix It and its included action kit from Revenue Leak Lab, operated by Signal Theory Limited. What you are buying

The offer is a digital booklet and action kit containing the Revenue Leak Check, first-fix templates, AI task briefs, a 30-day action plan and results tracker. No physical book is posted. Consulting, group programmes, implementation services and ongoing retainers are separate purchases under their own agreed terms.

You must be entitled to make the purchase for yourself or the business you represent. Please give an accurate delivery email and keep your receipt.

Price and payment

The advertised booklet offer is US$9.99 as a one-time payment, with no subscription. The checkout will show the final total and any applicable tax before you authorise payment. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction charges.

Live card payments will be processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email after successful payment. We do not make you purchase consulting or another product to use the booklet and included tools.

Digital delivery and access

After payment is confirmed, we will email the booklet and tools or a link to download them. You need a working email address, internet access and a device that can open the supplied files. Download and save a copy for your use.

If your delivery email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us with your purchase email and order reference. We will investigate and provide access or another remedy required by law. A missing or faulty download is not subject to the performance-refund conditions below.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Find an issue, put a relevant fix into use and track what happens. If you get no measurable improvement, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify under this additional performance guarantee:

Identify an issue in your business using the booklet or Revenue Leak Check.
Implement at least one relevant improvement from the booklet or tools.
Choose a relevant measure before making the change. Record your starting point and compare the same measure over comparable periods after implementation.
If your records show no measurable improvement in that measure, send your request within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Your chosen measure might be qualified enquiries, conversion rate, sales or the time needed to handle enquiries. You do not need specialist analytics software. Simple notes, the results tracker or screenshots are enough. We do not require a minimum sample size or a statistical-significance test.

How to request it

Reply to your receipt or email hello@revenueleaklab.com. Include your order number or purchase email, the issue you found, the fix you implemented and when, and your before-and-after figures. Remove customer names and unrelated confidential information. If something necessary is missing, we will explain what we need.

Once the conditions are met, we will refund the full amount you paid for the booklet and action kit to your original payment method. We do not deduct an administration fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. You can keep the files.

There is no fee to request a refund and no need to return digital files. You bear ordinary email or internet costs unless the law requires otherwise. If we ask you to incur an additional expense for your claim, we will reimburse its reasonable cost when you send the receipt.

This guarantee applies to the booklet and included tools only. It does not cover separately purchased consulting or other services, your implementation expenses, advertising spend or time.

Your legal rights come first

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The 30-day performance guarantee is additional to those rights. Its deadline, implementation and evidence conditions do not apply to a claim under those rights.

If the product is faulty, not delivered or does not meet a guarantee required by applicable law, contact us. We will provide the remedy the law requires, which may include a repair, replacement, refund or compensation where applicable.

Australian customers

The applicable notice depends on the nature of the supply. This purchase includes downloadable digital materials, not consulting.

Where the supply is goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where the supply is services

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

to cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Using the booklet and tools

Your purchase gives you a licence to use the materials in your own business. You may adapt the templates and use the resulting offers, emails and other work commercially in that business. You may share the files with team members or advisers helping you, provided they respect these terms.

You may not resell the booklet or tools, publish them for others to download, or distribute them as your own product without written permission. Copyright remains with its owner.

Business decisions and AI tools

The materials provide general business education, not a review of your specific business or individual legal, tax or financial advice. Results depend on the issue you choose, the work you implement, your customers and other factors. We do not promise a particular revenue increase or financial outcome for every business.

You are responsible for checking work before using it, including AI-generated copy or systems. If you use an external AI service, its own terms and privacy settings apply. Do not supply confidential or personal information without appropriate authority and safeguards.

These statements do not reduce our responsibility for the product, the performance-refund promise above or your non-excludable legal rights.

New Zealand law governs these terms except to the extent mandatory law where you live provides rights or protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing here removes access to a court, tribunal or complaints process available to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or promises attached to an order you have already made.
